Why is Anderson working with Terminix?

Our exciting new partnership brings together the leading pest control companies in our region to enhance the level of service to our communities. Together, we’re much stronger than we were before.

Why Terminix, and why should you feel excited?

Terminix is one of the world’s leading pest control companies. Joining forces with them allows us to offer a new level of products and services to you and your family. In short, we now have access to the best resources, delivered by expert technicians who live in your area, understand your needs, and provide the highest level of service and personal attention.

Yes, you may see your technician driving a new truck and wearing a new uniform. You may also receive a new service ticket form. But even with those differences, we are still the same team of local pest experts focused on solving your needs.

How do you request service?

As of now, please continue contacting us using the same phone number and email you do now. Eventually, we may make adjustments to better serve you. If there are any changes, we’ll notify you beforehand.

Will your technician change?

We anticipate that your current pest control technician will continue to service your home or business. If that changes, you can rest assured you’re still in good hands. All our technicians live in your area and understand local pest challenges. Each one is trained to the same high level of service to provide a personalized plan just for you.

Will you be notified of upcoming appointments?

We will notify you by text, email, or phone two to three days before your upcoming appointments. We will schedule your service for an optimal time for the best year-round pest protection. If you need to reschedule, you can visit MyAccount online or call us at 866-696-2847.

Will the frequency of your service visits change?

You won’t see any immediate changes to your service visits or their frequency. Over time, as we combine our operations and identify ways to better serve you, we may restructure some service programs to improve and streamline our offerings. If that happens, we will notify you of any changes beforehand.

Will your termite warranty change?

No, your termite protection will not be interrupted.

Are there any updates to the terms and conditions of your service agreement?

No, the terms and agreements outlined in your contract will not change. You can continue to rely on your current terms for the duration of your service agreement.

Will there be adjustments in pricing?

No, there won’t be any changes to your service price as a result of this transition. We base the prices of our services on the materials we use, service costs, and the value we bring to you and your family. If prices do change in the future, we will notify you in advance.

Will your account information change?

Our brands have officially joined forces, your new account number will be on the first invoice you receive from Terminix-Terminix Anderson.

Are there going to be billing changes that affect how you pay my invoice?

If you have automatic payments set up with your bank or another private vendor, you will need to update your account information including your new account number and remit to address.

If you are not set up with AutoPay, then you will still receive an invoice. Invoices will be sent on the same cycle they were previously sent.

For customers paying by check, the address has changed. Please mail your check to:
