We have been using Terminix's rodent exclusion service for nearly a year and recently started noticing some activity in our basement. Ramil came out to inspect our home, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience.What immediately impressed us was how thorough he was. He didn't just peek into our attics from the top of a ladder. He actually entered and walked through both the house and garage attic spaces to conduct a complete inspection. He took the time to explain his findings and answer all of our questions carefully.In the attic above our home, he confirmed that the insulation installation looked good overall but mentioned that a different type of insulation had been used than Terminix typically recommends because it can be more attractive to rodents for nesting. Importantly, he was honest and reassured us that there was no need to replace it.The biggest surprise came when he inspected the garage attic, something that was not done during our original inspection the previous year. He discovered significant rodent droppings, evidence of past activity, and that the attic space lacked insulation entirely. Based on his findings, he recommended attic sanitation and insulation installation, which we immediately scheduled.Ramil also took a different approach to baiting than previous technicians did because we had not seen any visible activity or caught anything in the traps. To our shock, the very next day we found four mice on glue traps near the bait stations he had placed. We certainly weren't expecting that, but it confirmed that his assessment was spot on. Even more impressive, Ramil returned the very next day to rebait the home. He explained that the mice we caught were likely babies and prepared us for the possibility that an adult mouse and a few more babies might be nearby. While that definitely was not the news we wanted to hear, we appreciated his honesty, expertise, and proactive approach. It also gave us confidence that his different baiting strategy was working and helping us identify a problem that might have otherwise gone unnoticed.Today, Ramil completed the sanitation and insulation work in the garage attic. He arrived exactly when he said he would, completed the work efficiently, and provided a thorough walkthrough of everything that was done. He also shared before-and-after photos so we could clearly see the results.Throughout the entire process, Ramil demonstrated professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers. His thorough inspections, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile gave us confidence that the problem was being addressed correctly. We are extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing rodent exclusion or attic remediation services.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I engaged Terminix to address a mouse infestation a few years ago. Ramil Kolia was assigned as my technical advisor to remediate the issue. He has since conducted my annual pest inspection. Ramil personifies the benchmark for excellent customer service. He has consistently not only done a thorough job, he has gone above and beyond in helping resolve issues, even if outside of his normal duties. For instance, when inspecting my attic, I commented that the attic exhaust fan wasn’t running. He checked and found the thermostat was set too high and adjusted it for me. He also noticed the bathroom exhaust fan tube had disconnected and taped it back into place. That is consideration and kindness. I can rely on his expertise and trust what he tells me. He’s a rare find.

Ramil came out same day when finding a bat in our AC unit. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Our termination professional arrived the following day I called to deal with a large nest of bald faced hornets. She was amazing! Warned us about taking care of our pets, and ourselves, and quickly eliminated the nest. We pay for a quarterly annual maintenance service and urgent special needs like this are at no charge!

They worked in brutally hot conditions in our 100-year-old home, which came with plenty of unexpected challenges. They could have cut corners, but instead they treated our home as if it were their own.They even removed a 200-pound old water heater that we had no idea was still sitting in our attic! I was having a party and at the last minute I asked him to come a day early to spray for mosquitoes. He rearranged his schedule so that my yard could be treated and dried before our party.
