Ramil was amazing, and a true professional in his filed. Very VERY responsive, prioritizes customer, and gets the work done correctly. Not a cheap service, but its worth every penny. Immediate results were easily noticed. Great professional with fast and phenomenal work!

My service technician A. Solis is fantastic. Always very thorough and explains things well. Friendly, trustworthy, reliable, and helpful. He deserves 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 but the company deserves fewer. Their scheduling procedure is wrought with problems. Recently my technician showed up without the company notifying me of the appointment. A waste of his time because I was not available so I had to reschedule. The online scheduling for appointments still has growing pains and can be problematic. It's been over a year since Anderson merged with Terminix and customer service has gone down hill. They are fortunate to have well trained technicians who make up for corporate problems. The monthly fee has gone up and seems rather overpriced for the services. I do appreciate being able to call for help with problems that develop suddenly , like wasp nests. I've had termite traps for 3 years and no activity so thinking about eliminating that part of my service contract. They've done a good job sealing potential points of entry for mice, so I've not had them in my crawlspace or elsewhere in awhile. That was my initial reason for calling them.

The technician from Terminix-Anderson, whose name was Jackie, was an excellent worker who seemed to know everything about his area of expertise. He was also very cordial! He covered every area of our home and promised to follow up in two weeks!

Remil and his team did an amazing job of extending the pest exclusion coverage to the attic above our garage. In addition to ensuring that the old insulation was removed and new insulation was blown in the entire attic, they also took care of some additional issues in our basement. I highly recommend Ramil and his team for pest exclusion services for homes.
