Ramil, as always, thoroughly answered all of my questions and helped me in every way to prevent rodents and kill bugs in my house. I truly appreciate him, and thank you so much, Ramil and Terminix!!!

John provided excellent quarterly insect control, as usual. Since a couple of months after starting their spider elimination program, we have had maybe 2 or 3 spiders (apparently too stupid to get out!) in 10 years. I have been very happy with Terminix (now Terminix-Anderson).

Ramil is fantastic. He has worked with us for years and with the restructure he is no longer assigned to our area but he still came when I called. We went for 2 years with no inside service but due to his great work we have not had any issues until now. He cleaned up all the old traps and placed new ones. He is always so good at explaining what and why he does. I know there is someone else assigned to me now but they don’t show the care and dedication that Ramil does. I cannot recommend him high enough and will definitely be reaching out to v out to him in the future but he does such a good job I am guessing we won’t need him until next August based on what he told me

My tech Carl has responded when I call or text he tells me and helps me understand about the sprays he uses and takes care if the house and let's me know if I have a problem that im not aware of. I give Carl 5 stares

Ramil goes above and beyond just doing his job. His work ethic cannot be beat. Ramil takes his time to not only explain everything thoroughly, but to walk you through your home to show you areas of concern both before the work is done and after it is completed. I couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend working with him!

To whom it may concern:

In regards to our annual moisture control appointment today: Jason was absolutely wonderful in reaching out to me yesterday to confirm the appointment, with quick response to any text questions that I asked. Upon arriving, he noted that he would not be able to complete the service, due to his size. He immediately made calls to secure another tech to come out and complete the service call. The smaller tech, Abraham was very respectful of our home. He gave me information on any concerns and future suggestions in the crawl as well. Following completion of the job, Jason called me again to make sure things went well and also sent an email of the service completed.

So glad that we continue to have moisture control service with Terminix and for the professional techs like Jason and Abraham.
